Her bedside manner is exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional. She explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand, taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
She was extremely efficient and took every precaution before, during, and after my procedure. Her entire team was also incredibly caring and made sure I was well looked after throughout the surgical process.
