My husband had to cancel out an appointment (first time while going there for over 3 years). He called a day ahead of time. Was charged $25 because you have to Cancel out at least 3 days ahead of time. His appointment was on a Tuesday, he would have had to cancel out on the Thursday before. Could not get to see the doctor on his next visit without paying the $25 first. They can reschedule on you as much as they want and make you wait an hour and a half, but don't you dare have your own emer...Original review on DoctorsDig.com
