“This was only my second time wit...”

This was only my second time with Dr. Manhas, and It has been a year and a half or so since my last visit. The first visit, I felt like he listened a little better and was not in a rush. This time, I felt the need to get my thoughts, concerns, and questions out quickly because I sensed he was in a rush. That said, I added a question regarding a symptom I had been having related to cardiology in addition to the reason for my appointment which was related to vein. But knowing that he is a specialist and sees patients for cardiology and vein, I mentioned this concern, which I appreciated he was willing to discuss. He ended up addressing both and ordered diagnostic testing for both. The follow through and communication from his office staff since then has been really terrific. I am sure he has an extremely demanding practice and I can understand that there are days that he has an overwhelmingly busy schedule. This particular day may have been a day like that for him. And with my added concern, which was not the primary reason for my visit to the vein clinic, it likely put him farther behind. I give a 7 and "yes, somewhat" only because I have not had enough experience with him to be able to give a 10 and "yes definitely."
