“Friendly but non-productive”
Each session was spent with me merely talking for nearly the entire hour. Ms. Olsen would respond with sympathetic comments such as "That must have been hard", but did not ask questions to dive deeper and get to know me on a level that a psychologist should, nor did I leave any session feeling that the time spent was productive as I was never given any suggestions, tools or helpful information to improve my condition. It was akin to spilling all of your problems to a friend who just nods back.
