This provider really seemed to know her stuff. She was professional and kind, but also somewhat dismissive of my concerns. The importance of empathy in my interactions with my doctor are just as important to me as having someone who is knowledgable. Every dermatologist I've ever seen has told me of the importance of a yearly checkup. This dr told me it was not necessary because I did not have numerous moles and such. I felt a little foolish having a checkup. She probably has too many requests for appointments like most other dermotologists.
