She's a fantastic naturopathic doctor who really listens to her patients -- the treatment plan outlined for me was tailored to my needs, and within sixty days I was getting a steady 6-7 hours of sleep each night. Like flying, being able to sleep comfortably has helped me become a more active, vital person.
