Dr Pan exceeded all my expectations. Incredible bedside manner, truly listened to all of my concerns, never felt rushed. He explained things very thoroughly and also drew pictures so I could really grasp what what was being explained to me. He was also very empathetic to my sensitivity regarding heart issues when I brought up my husband passing from a massive heart attack. Can't thank him enough!
