Dr. Blackburn is an excellent surgeon. I had a total reverse left shoulder replacement. He spent the time to go over all aspects of the surgery. He listens to your questions and is very patient in answering all of them. The surgery went perfect, with little pain. He spends plenty of time on follow-up visits. Dr. Blackburn coordinated my physical therapy with the therapist. He was always up to date on follow-up visits. He is very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Blackburn did surgery on both my arms, with the release of contractions to both hands. I have been unable to straighten out my fingers for many years. I'm very pleased with the results of my surgeries. He explained every step of the procedures thoroughly and answered all questions I was comfortable and new what to expect in the out come. He is very professional, and willing to spend time with you. I would recommend him to anyone requiring surgery.

Dr Blackburn looked at my hands and ordered blood work. So glad he had because I had a condition that I was not aware of. I was referred to a rheumatologist and because of that my hands improved and he advised me on the surgery for carpal tunnel.
Surgery went well and I was so impressed by him.
