“Dr Cruff was very thorough and p...”

Dr Cruff was very thorough and patient. I have cognitive problems and memory issues and it takes awhile sometimes to get the information out. He was patient and let me get it all out. He has a plan to help and explained it to me. He also gave me handouts explaining the procedure which really helps me understand what is going to happen.
