“I came with a symptom that I was...”

I came with a symptom that I wasn't sure was real concern or not, because I didn't want to waste the doctor's time. Although it turned about to be something not serious at all, Dr. Lamping encouraged me as a patient to always reach out if I had a question. That's what the health care professionals are there for. I appreciated her showing empathy and encouragement.
