“Dr Lao has to be 1 in a million-...”

Dr Lao has to be 1 in a million-I feel he listens and explains so I understand the words he is using. I know he is very busy but I don't feel he is rushing me out the door because he has 10 more people to take care of. He was the same way before surgery, after surgery--he "listens and answers" I there are so Many doctors that could learn so much from him!
