“It just seems that I am not bein...”

It just seems that I am not being listened to as a person but rather getting pushed through the system like a piece of cattle. Just waiting in line for my number so if I try to reach out and talk to them I just get shut down and I'm just kind of being forced to go through the process no matter what.
