Dr. Ferrans has been my primary care physician for a number of years. She has always shown concern for my health and she always thoroughly reviews my medical records before and during each visit. She makes sure I am referred for all tests and procedures on a timely basis. During my visits with her, she reviews with me the results of tests and procedures as well as visits with my other doctors and ensures that I understand my health.
