“The whole staff at Overlake Kirk...”

The whole staff at Overlake Kirkland Clinic went just above and beyond today. Front desk, 3 nurses, doctor. Maybe it's because I didn't look like I was feeling too well, but they took VERY good care of me today. Thank you.

Diana was VERY helpful. She clearly thoroughly & concisely explained my condition & treatment. She was the 5th person after I saw my PCP, Gyne NP, substitute doctor, & pelvic floor physical therapist. I was getting what now seems incomplete info til I saw Diana. Thank you Diana!!
