I don't usually write reviews because I understand that everyone can have an off day. However, I have never felt so unseen or dismissed by a healthcare provider. The doctor was rude, uncaring, and dishonest during my visit. The experience ended abruptly - she said she would return shortly to answer any questions, but instead, about 15 minutes later, the person who took my vitals came back with a work note and visit summary. I was confused and asked if my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I was told there was no prescription at all. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and disregarded.
