“Dawn Ann has been {patient name ...”

Dawn Ann has been {patient name removed} provider for 10 years. She is familiar and comfortable with my daughter's autism and behaviors. She called me ahead of our appointment to discuss the right sedative for {patient name removed}. She placed the order for the pre-op med at our local pharmacy. Before starting the procedure to implant a replacement NexPlanOn device in {patient name removed} arm, Dawn Ann explained what she would be doing. Dawn Ann was skilled at making the small incision and carefully removed the old device. She was diligent about preparing the area to prevent infection and skillfully closed the incision with temporary sutures after completing the replacement. I have recommended Dawn Ann to many people but I believe she is not taking new patients at this time.
