My issue is stable for now so the Doctor's role was very good, but fairly routine. The Nurse was very congenial and eased my initial anxiety.

Always super friendly. And this applies to all the staff I interacted with. Showed me my scans and explained everything. Answered my questions and gave me options for treatment.

I have always felt so respected and given excellent care from Dr Ward and his staff. I couldn't imagine seeing another specialist who could be better!

Dr. Ward was probably the most prepared and comprehensive at my appointment. He came in with handwritten notes and went through every CAT scan with me. He reviewed all surgery notes and was very mindful in deciding which surgical procedure should be used. I came out of the appointment thnking that he was the best Dr. I had ever had in 73 years!!!!

I was able to view the procedure as it was taking place and Dr Ward was very informative as the procedure developed.

Dr. Ward was very pleasant and kind. I felt very at ease with him and I am confidant in his area of expertise. His staff was friendly and kind. They had minor issues at the desk but it was more with their computer system and whatever they were dealing with. In the end they were accommodating and very pleasant.
