He was very rude. Made the visit a waste of time. Did not listen to what we had to say and didn't acknowledge my son's medical history with what he was being seen for. Will not seen him again nor recommend him.

Dr Tsen went above and beyond to help, scheduling a CT test Stat and then keeping the appointment open for returning to have further treatment. There was confusion in the return visit after the CT, which was unfortunate, but I hope he is aware the treatment/procedure not being done was just because we misunderstood each other. That is fine, we can come back which we already scheduled.

Dr. Tsen Is veey conscientious. He has always scheduled lab work prior to my appointments, so that he can assess and manage my thyroid medications. I have no thyroid as it was cancerous and had to be removed.
