Listened to my story and problem of my disease, asked questions, and offered options and risks and benefits. Very knowledgeable and thorough, personable and talked about my unique problem and didn't put me in a class which was for everyone, but personalized what would be best for my particular case. He calmed my nerves and was very helpful.
