I was lost at the hospital. No one from info desk to staff at check in 3rd and 4th floor would route me to where kept saying I needed to go for barium and imaging before my appointment. He saw me late. Called the barium dept, got me in, saw me again, discussed my medical options and we moved forward with a decision for next steps. Thank YOU! I got a manual and scheduled future appointments.

Dr. Provost does not show sympathy nor empathy for his patients. I get he has done a plethora surgery so I'm not knocking his skills but instead of hearing me say some things aren't right he ignored and only care to send me home. Found out I needed a blood transfusion. Now had I went home who would of caught I was bleeding internally?
