He answered my questions. However, I had a problem with my sinuses/nasal passage, & sore neck, which he looked at, & felt no lumps in neck that's it. No futher questions from him!

There was no problem with information as it is Dr. Mintel's habit to review records the night before the appointment. In fact, some of the staff were joking that he wouldn't notice that the computers were down because he seems to prefer paperwork.
