Dr. Lau, really takes time to look at your case prior to stepping in the room unlike other Doctors. He listens to your concerns and explains things in detail and gives your the proper knowledge and recommends the proper course of action and really follows through with action items personally. What a nice touch and sense of TRUE care

Dr. Lao spent a significant amount of time with me explaining everything. I am older and Dr. Lao was so patient with me. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained all of my options. Dr.Lao is so compassionate, kind, patient. He is an excellent, exemplary doctor. I just love Dr. Lao!
