Dr. Kines was great. He explained what was wrong, what I needed, and my choices. I am very happy with him and look forward to him performing my surgery. I know Dr. Kines has nothing to do with this, but he told me at my appointment last week that I would be contacted to schedule my surgery. Nobody has contacted me yet. I plan to call the doctor's office tomorrow.
