“I will never come back here. NP ...”

I will never come back here. NP looked at screen while I talked away about reason I was there. David Hoffman did not listen nor show one bit of interest on why I was there. Very curt and IMO rude. It was very rushed and I was very upset when I left. It's such a shame as I looked forward to this appointment for weeks to hopefully get an answer and got absolutely no resolve.
