“Dr. Chen was absolutely amazing....”

Dr. Chen was absolutely amazing. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything regarding my son's condition. While we had two separate doctor appointments in Spain while on vacation for my son's ear pain, when I contacted the ENT specialist through Facey, the earliest available appointment was in January. Because of that long wait, I now need to seek care outside the network so my son can be seen by an ENT specialist sooner for his ear pain.
