Dr Dave is an outstanding doctor, who cares both medically and personally. He goes WAY out of his way to help me within the confines of the law, as I don't want to take anything stronger than what I ABSOLUTELY have to because I do not like taking them for so many reasons I cant even list. I have a job that involves a lot of risk and liability so I have to be alert at all times, which puts us in a difficult position due to the severity of my injuries, from broke vertebrates to ribs, fractured hip, slightly fractured skull, flexor tendons been cut, lots of scars and other injuries and a few extra broken bones along the way from racing motocross, being in construction, and kickboxing. We compound my meds, thanks to a lot of extra research on mine and Dr Daves end. We have found a compromise within the law that no other doctor I know if would have taken the time to do. I have had him call me personally in a couple emergency situations where no other doctor would do on their vacation none the less. Dr Dave has a acquired a special place in my heart due to the level of care he has provided and the manner in which he provided it, they have helped me through really tough times, and kept me on LUCKILY when I could not afford to come, Dr Dave has provided his services to me for FREE just so I could still be seen, what an amazing guy. Anyone who's lucky enough to have a doctor like that is truly blessed and I pray more people find providers like him, this is not generic, I have not been coaxed into this, this is how I truly feel in my heart. my name is Jon Hooper. I would verify that in person, written, or verbal manor, and that would be the absolute LEAST I could do.
Thank you Dr DAVE, and office staff, for helping me through really hard times and still being there because you care on a PERSONAL level, Love you guys, all of you. And I don't even typically like people :)
