After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for my visit. Dr. Never examined me. He sat near the exit door. Reviewed the xray and told me I needed surgery. He repeated the history that was given to his medical assistant. He did not ask additional questions. He did not demonstrate the professional engagement one would expect from a surgeon.
