My situation is quite unusual and Dr Alfierii just spent so much time explaining what had been happening and what we needed to do going forward. All of the information should be in the after visit summary, but I've been telling everybody how kind and concerned he was with me yesterday. I was brought to the visit in a van from the rehab facility yesterday

After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for my visit. Dr. Never examined me. He sat near the exit door. Reviewed the xray and told me I needed surgery. He repeated the history that was given to his medical assistant. He did not ask additional questions. He did not demonstrate the professional engagement one would expect from a surgeon.
