She was very good! Knowledgeable, prepared (had plenty of information for me to take with me and read), thorough and approachable. I agreed to an injection in my knee that I was apprehensive about, and she offered it w/o pressing me but clearly explaining what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised At how easy it was. She really was excellent at doing this!
