Dr. Ostlie listened to my injury issue, had reviewed my imaging records. He completed a detailed physical exam and explained the diagnosis and care instructions. Answered all my questions, including followup concerns I raised.

I had to wait well past my scheduled time. Dr. O seemed over scheduled and did not have the time I felt I needed to address my issue. He was very abrupt.

Dr. Ostlie was great with my son and I. He was caring and compassionate and explained everything thoroughly. He took time to show my son his x-rays and where the fracture was. He also took interest in my son as a person and his interests. We really appreciate the care we received from Dr. Ostlie and can't thank k him enough.
