I was thrilled to get an appointment in two days, because of a cancellation. Thank you! All staff with whom I interacted were wonderful. Thank you for that too! If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the clinic's phone system. I had to follow up with a prescription and, after holding In the main system, I was transferred to the pharmacy, where I did not need to be, and they did not know the number to transfer me up to dermatology... So I had to call again and start over. BUT other than that, the appointment was wonderful! And I'm very thankful. The PA addressed all of my concerns and proactively addressed others, which I appreciated.

I gave him a rundown of my previous treatments from 2019-2024 and he listened thoroughly, asked follow-up questions, gave me answers to mine and laid out all of my options. I told him I'd had an awful experience with the last dermatologist I saw and he was very respectful. Thank you!
