“Great Hand Surgeon”
Let me start by saying that Dr Birkbeck is one of the nicest people I have met since moving to the North Bay three years ago. Not only is he a very gifted surgeon and family man but also just a down to earth approachable guy that likes to Mt Bike. I sought out Dr Birkbeck and his team specifically because he specializes in hand and wrist surgery. My experience was absolutely wonderful from the initial consultation to the final follow up appointment. I was also seen by one of the groups PA’s Alexis Rockwell and she is amazing as well. It was obvious to me that they care very deeply about how their patents are doing post surgery and I was given ample opportunities and encouraged to ask questions. I had absolutely no discomfort after my surgery and was given adequate pain medication if I should need it post surgically but it was not required. I am not in a big hurry to have surgery again anytime soon but if the need should arise there is no question in my mind that I would chose Dr Birkbeck and his team of dedicated professionals for any orthopedic needs I may require in the future. I would also not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Dr Birkbeck. From the bottom of my heart thank you once again Dr Birkbeck for such outstanding care.
P.S. I was back on my Mt Bike five weeks after surgery!
