“Making progress”
I foolishly stayed in a rotten marriage. After the divorce I was given Danene's name for counseling. She has helped me in so many ways. When I first started seeing her, I knew I had bad anxiety (just didn't realize how bad) and the neuro feedback really opened my eyes. I still have a ways to go in finding "me". But the progress I have made so far has been amazing. And I'm proud of myself and with Danene's guidance I'm sure I will work through all the ghosts that need to just go away. God bless.
