Dana understood the pain I was going through and put in orders for STAT x-ray and MRI. I left the appointment with her walked across the street and got the x-ray. She doubted that I could get an MRI very quickly BUT my phone rang upon leaving the facility and it was the MRI scheduler. They had an appointment in Marble Falls in 1 hour. I drove straight there and got the MRI. While driving home I was called by Pain Management as they had received the STAT orders from Dana and scheduled my appointment for the NEXT DAY! Needless to say I am extremely pleased, happy, over joyed, at the service and response I received.
