“She was amazing and talked me th...”

She was amazing and talked me through the procedure. She comforted me and asked me if I was okay when I experienced a little discomfort. She made post procedure information available and encouraged me to find a care provider for an upcoming surgery which I will be doing when my insurance kicks in.
