Great personable experience here. All team members were clearly embracing the care and thought they put with every patient in the lobby. Helping with scheduling while keeping privacy as a priority. From the very beginning (upon arrival to the clinic) everyone was very friendly and informative. The forms can be confusing, but the reception was very kind and explained it all. Dr magsam was fantastic. She took her time and listened to my history and my concerns. I felt better when I left her office

The receptionists and nurses were extremely kind. However, I felt disconnected with my primary care physician, and it felt like she didn't respect my questions. This was my first time ever seeing this type of doctor, and I felt nervous and unprepared - her reaction only reinforced that.
