Dr Tolek has been so wonderful with me. Since I lost my husband he has done follow up care with me every month until yesterday. He felt my physical and mental health was well enough that I could go 3 months.

Dr. Tolek has been my primary doctor for five years and has kept me on the right track from day one. My A1C went from 11.4 from my first visit and my blood pressure from 167/98 to 7.0 and 116/72. He encourages me to always do my best and tells me where I need to improve
