It may have been the day. Dr. Hines May seemed like she was not present. I felt she had too much going on. Really didn't discuss much besides an ankle issue. She really didn't ask anything. I guess she had too much on her mind.

“Dr came in and never asked how I...”

Dr came in and never asked how I was feeling since I had seen her 2 or 3 times sine January. She treated me like she never saw me before.She sat at the computer typing & not listening to me.I told her I was going for 4 different MRI's from different doctors.After my exam she was sending me for a repeat iron test to check my levels from April as it was low. When she came back with the orders there was many other blood test that she never mentioned and ones I had already completed in April plus an order for a CT scan of my brain which was already completed in April. I told her I already had that and she said then don't have that one!I never received an after summary report and the nurse said she processes them after she is done seeing patients.I looked on the portal and saw a message that said it was not available!Other facilities give it to me right away!Dr was very unorganized! It was not a very good exam!

I don't think Dr. Hines looked at me during this entire short visit. When she asked me to swallow during her exam I didn't yet swallow and she said it's good and proceeded to her beloved laptop.
