He took his time and didn't rush the appointment. Made sure he addressed the Issues, and treatment methodsAlso discussed what could be aggravating Issues. I felt like he actually listened to what I was saying and not just trying to hurrying to get to his next appt. As a hard of hearing person I appreciated the way he spoke directly to me and not looking at the screen while he spoke. He is definitely one of the best.
