“I was nervous when starting with...”
I was nervous when starting with a new provider after my last one left, but this has been a great transition. Even with being behind schedule, Dr. Sheppard (who also sees my husband) took the time to look at a picture of his recent stitches and confirm if she thinks it is infected and needs to be seen or if it looks okay. She then gave me information on what to watch for as well as an ice pack to help with his swelling.
