She didn't acknowledge anything I told the nurse beforehand, which I don't understand the point of the nurse coming in to see what's wrong but then the doctor comes in and asks the same thing? Like they don't even read what the nurse put down or acknowledged it and it was really frustrating cause I complained about joint pain and the Doctor never even mentioned it. It was also annoying that I had to ask so many questions to get information about a medication rather than her just giving me a synopsis of it, like I had to pry information out. But before she did good I think she was maybe just having an off day but still frustrating

Connie Soper is a great practitioner. She listens and explains very well. She made sure to remind me if I had any further questions, to send her office a message and she will get back to me asap. Was very prompt on sending me my test results. Would highly recommend!
