"MRI review" appt. ER referral named a surgeon but surgery not necessary so Dr. Palmer, whom I had never heard of (nor he me). I was extremely impressed with his questions, answers, evident vast store of knowledge and sharing of it, and interest and concern for my problems. You are very lucky to have such a serious yet kind clinician. Please try not to lose him to an academic medical center!
