“I showed up without an appointme...”

I showed up without an appointment at his office at 11:45 AM with a cut on my finger that was bleeding badly. He worked me in and put three stitches in my finger. I was on my way by 12:45. He went out of his way to fix a bad situation. Service above and beyond the call to duty.
