The care provider didn't allow me to put off the emergency room visit. Explained that I needed a cardiologist (appointments are difficult in WashingtonI did get an appointment 21 December.)

I felt dismissed and unheard throughout the appointment. My concerns and symptoms did not seem to be taken seriously, and I felt I had to repeatedly advocate for myself to receive appropriate treatment. In my opinion, the interaction felt unprofessional. She frequently tapped on her phone during the visit, which made me feel that she was not fully engaged or attentive. Overall, the appointment felt rushed, lacked empathy, and left me with little confidence that my concerns were fully considered.
