I was recommended to Dr. Chao following pediatric apts after blood work caused no concern for my child who was experiencing constant pain through his body almost daily and not sleeping well. I waited over an hour for at this appointment that took over 3 months to get. While watching other patients get seen who arrived after us, I complained to the office who insisted I was late (Not true! I signed in 10 min late not realizing I HAD TO sign in.
