Dr. Phelps is an excellent doctor, we have known him for years, he is good listener, he gives diagnosis succinctly, and recommends what is best. HE IS NOT AFTER MONETARY GAINS, WHEN NOT APPILICABLE. He has a good staff too. He is a GEM AS A PHYSICIAN!
