More info: As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company. For our uninsured patients, the initial visit is $350; additional visits are $150. This includes all evaluations, imaging, exams, etc. Regenerative treatments are unable to be billed to insurance companies. These are cash pay services only - though we also accept CareCredit. All details and costs are discussed prior to services rendered.
