Dr French is so kind and it is evident in manner he gives care. I have to use cardiac provider closer to my residence and communicated this to him - He reassured me I can continue under his care until established with new cardiac provider closer to my residency.

I have several medical issues. I have several doctors. Dr. Franch is the one that I trust the most out of all of them. He speaks to me like a person and not a patient. He listens to me. He takes a consideration, my doubts, and reservations concerning treatment, options or pharmaceuticals. He is absolutely one of the finest doctors in the Baylor medical system.

He was polite and asked yes and no questions.. He went over my meds and my EKG pattern that was not talked about. Then said come back in a year. I didn't have a complaint of a problem ,so I thought all is fine. I set a appointment for next year.
