When I ask the nurse practitioner if she'd read my chart, she said she doesn't have time to read charts. I was in for an ongoing problem and if she would've read my chart, she would've had a much better understanding instead of sitting there and going over things that she could've read about prior you guys say your time is so valuable you should use it better
