I really like Dr. Bratis. This was my first visit, and she took the time to establish care. She listened to my concerns, took a thorough history, asked good questions, and never made me feel rushed. We scheduled my physical separately instead of trying to fit everything into one appointment. I appreciated that. It showed good judgment and respect for my time and concerns.I also really liked the person who took my vitals (Ashley). She was warm, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and on top of things. Dr. Bratis has a great team, and the office feels well run.
