As always, Dr. Casas rescues me from illness or injury. Whether a trip & fall to getting ill like this recent incident where I went to Next Care where a doctor who doesn't know my history of respiratory issues had to take a test to rule out flu first thus delaying my recovery. A week later I called Dr. Casas office & she worked me in. I hated adding to her & her staff's work load but knew she could diagnose & prescribe the best antibiotic & other medications to get me well. By that time I had bronchitis which was a new level of pain but she had my lungs X-rayed & found bronchitis confirming my confidence in her ability to give me the care I needed. I'm nearly 79 & because of her judgment again I'll be celebrating my birthday in 2 months. I refer people in my neighborhood all of the time to BS&W for the quality & compassionate care I receive from her & her patient & kind staff. They would even be willing to add Urgent Care to the Kyle community as the LVN who cared for me this week said. I trust the Kyle office over any other location I've visited. Thank you for letting me share my experiences & gratitude today.

I am 70 years old and I have never had a doctor to be so patient, knowledgeable and caring. Dr C puts you at ease and answers any and all questions I may have. Never looks at her watch and makes me feel as if I am the only patient she has. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.
